Returns & Exchanges

Your happiness is important to us! If for any reason your order ends up lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival, follow the instructions below. Thanks!

Damaged Orders:
Occasionally accidents happen and when they do, it is usually due to shipping and you will see damage to the outer package. Take a picture of any damaged packaging, save all materials, and please notify us immediately via email by placing "Shipping Damage" in the subject line of your email. Anything past 14 days of the shipping order date may no longer be accepted.

Missing orders:  
Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure!

While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing along it's travels to you, we are happy to send a replacement provided the tracking information says it was never delivered. If an item is marked as delivered, then double check that you provided the correct address.​ Seller is not responsible for stolen items or customer providing incorrect address.  If these items are returned to us, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
